Payment Requirements

All payments must be made via direct bank deposit or the institute's official paybill number. Applicants are responsible for securely saving all payment receipts and confirmation messages as proof of payment.

Acceptance of Terms

By being admitted to Code Blue Medical Training Institute, you agree to abide by the following admission policies. Code Blue Medical Training Institute reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for any updates.

Fee Payment Structure

Our flexible payment structure is designed to make quality healthcare education accessible through manageable installments.

1st Installment
Reservation Fee
50%
of the total program fee

Due Date

Payable upon booking to reserve a slot

Important Note

Slots are limited and awarded on first-come, first-served basis

2nd Installment
Program Continuation
25%
top up to initially paid amount

Due Date

Payable after program starts

Important Note

Cumulative 75% required for clinical placement eligibility

3rd Installment
Final Payment
25%
remaining program fee

Due Date

Must be cleared before program completion

Important Note

Required to qualify for Final Qualifying Exam (FQE)

Graduation Requirements & Ceremonies

Ceremony Schedule

Two ceremonies annually: January & September
Dates finalized 3 weeks in advance
Conducted on designated campus grounds

Eligibility Requirements

All academic requirements met
Financial obligations cleared
Program requirements completed

Gown Collection & Return

Distribution begins 2 days after date announcement
Organized in designated groups
Must be returned within 5 days post-ceremony

Important Note

Only students who have met all academic, financial, and program requirements are eligible to participate in graduation ceremonies.

Deferment Policy
Program deferral guidelines and limitations

Eligibility

Programs lasting less than one year may only be deferred once

Duration

Maximum deferment period of one month

Approval

Written approval is required for all deferments

Contact the admissions office for deferment application procedures and requirements.

No Refund Policy
Non-refundable fee structure and commitments

Policy Scope

All fees are non-refundable, including tuition, clinical attachment, examination fees, and other institutional charges.

No Reversals

Payments cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances

Binding Agreements

Payment plans are binding and legally enforceable

Legal Action

Institution reserves right to recover outstanding balances legally
